Hardest thing to find in Apex/Cary, NC under $1,000,000.00?
Privacy and locked in nature views. One thing is certain in Cary real estate, if you have a nature view and it is not:
a. owned by HOA or Town of Cary
b. a stream buffer
c. a park
it will be developed and your nature view gone. 100%. I experienced this personally, the view out of my primary bedroom was all trees and birds, beautiful. Then Pulte bought the land.
This Townhouse is probably coming to the market in June. End unit, retention pond and stream buffers in back yard, ability to erect a fence if desired, and trees along the side. The closest home to the side is 178 feet through a group of trees, the nearest home to the rear is 400 feet over the pond and through trees.
This is amazing. if feels like you live on 5.5 acres.
Long views are good for the soul, and they are rare in Cary. This home is three levels, 3300+ square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, storage area could easily be a wine cellar.
Recap: 3300+ sq ft, "no homes" view, Apex/Cary location near 64 and 55 and Green Level High School, walking distance to Tobacco Trial, main floor primary bedroom, pool community, great closets, for $700-ish. If you analyze the quality of life and do the math this is amazing.
