Bonfires, Cool Nights and INCREASED Real Estate Activity?

The first ten days of November have seen an increase in real estate activity in the Raleigh, Wake County market.

Daily showings are up 20% vs. November of 2023 and up 10% vs. October 2024. This is big, traditionally showings and sales dip month to month in Q4.

Daily contracts are up 20% vs. November of 2023 to 39 a day. 17% of the homes under contract month to date in November sold in the first weekend.

It will be interesting to see if this trend continues.

Also watching how will post election increases in equities and crypto impact high end market through year end and Q1?
